Karen Klausner Hoffman is a coach and mindfulness facilitator whose life work is seeded in a deep commitment to living life on purpose.  When we get curious about what is alive in the mind and body, we can meet ourselves right where we’re at and craft our way forward. To be awake and aware is to be in choice.

With over 30 years experience in meditation, human development, and personal growth, Karen is passionate about holding space and sharing tools with people to get clear, courageous, and proactive about the life they want to live.  In addition to coaching individuals in schools, organizations and communities, Karen is also co-founder of Watershed Practice, a personal growth business that designs workshops and retreats for groups.

Karen has a BA in Psychology (Bucknell University) and a Masters in Social Work (University of Michigan).  More importantly, she is an eternal student in life - humbled every day by the grit and the grace of practicing presence.
